Financial relief to people to keep long term grievances unaddressed. Covid a pestilence from nature has covered an ongoing problem of Globalization and Greed. People must see their needs first and band for their best interest. Communities, States, and Countries must put their interests first. Populism must start with Individualism this is the magnet of America. When the money runs out you are in the same hole with more problems. Ongoing government policy for 50 years in America must change.
