Customer Satisfaction
A Texan rancher said all migrants have cell phones, communications with family members must be important. Customer service must be good to take the risks involved in illegal migration. There are no fools at the border. The policy change at the border is a done deal. Policy change is the only solution to mitigate problems. There are no good plans, immigrants have the numbers, smarts, and means to achieve their goals.
