When one does what is in the best interests of himself is the instinct of nature. The ability to reason gives man reign over situations that require consensus. One must realize what it takes to make society work in a complex world. Short, sited goals may mask long term opportunity. Savings today may limit gains tomorrow. The era of low interest rates should let everyone put any cost-effective project in America in play. Double down on the future when the cost and risks are low. The danger of reason is bean counters dictating the future.

The money can be used to train and educate Americans in the New Normal. Companies that used foreign made components are financed by profit moguls. Chinese or Wall Street the goal is to profit from the Market of America the strongest economy in the world. America must have control of this market to help Americans.
